Igor Rodríguez, a renowned chef specialising in miniature cuisine, was born in San Sebastián in 1977 and trained at the Guipúzkoa School of Culinary Arts. He has won several awards, including the Spanish Pintxos and Tapas Championship in 2017 and multiple Tapalma awards.
